 In Workout of the Day

West Little Rock CrossFit – CROSSFIT

Bench Press (work up to 75% and then: 5X5 @ 75%. 5th = max reps)

Bear Complex (Death By)

Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Second Push Press
Instead of adding reps each minute- add 20lbs/10lbs every two minutes. start at 95/65

You will do 2 reps at 95/65 (1 per minute)

2 @ 115/75

2@ 135/85

etc.

stop when you cannot complete a full complex and record the last successful weight lifted.
