 In Workout of the Day


We experienced some issues with the wod post functionality last night. I apologize for the inconvenience.

(G , TR) – long “The Climb” (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

1 Wall Balls and 1 Pullups

2 Wall Balls and 2 Pullups

3 Wall Balls and 3 Pullups

(Continue increasing reps by 1 until 20 minutes is up. This one starts to get real fun around the 10 min mark)

RX+ Chest to bar pullups

Cool down
