Main – CROSSFIT

Fitness & Performance

(WL) – Medium “Daughter” (Time)

5 Sets of 5 Reps of the Following as Fast as Possible (keep good mechanics):

Front Squat @ 80% of your 1RM

Dead Lift @ 80% of your 1 RM

Push Press @ 80% of your 1 RM

(Complete this like a circuit. Do not move on to the next exercise until all 5 reps have been completed, rest only to change weights)

RX+ Clean from Ground
