We will begin our new strength program this week. While the lifts will vary from week to week, we will hit 3 Power lift -style moves and two olympic lifts each week. This weeks programming goes like so:

Monday-Squat/Press

Tuesday-Olympic Lift

Wednesday-Deadlift/Press

Thursday-Olympic Lift

Friday-Squat
