In Workout of the Day


3 squat cleans+1 split jerk
Emom for 4 minutes

3 power snatch+ OHS
Emom for 4 minutes

Max reps body weight bench press
Max pull ups

5 rounds with 1 minute between each round.
Score will be total reps completed.
