In Workout of the Day

Partner WOD:

1) 1000m row while partner holds rack position with 135lbs/95lbs

2) 50 burpees while partner holds bar overhead (95/65)

3) 50 thrusters (95/65) while partner holds the bottoms position of ring dip

different stations and partners will switch roles when weight can no longer be maintained.

Jeff founded West Little Rock CrossFit in 2012. He has a background in personal training, sports team training, and nutrition coaching, with an education in exercise science from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He enjoys long walks on the beach and is the proud father of two rescue dogs.
