WHAT IS THIS BOOT CAMP LIKE?

If you want to get in shape, Award-Winning Trainer Jeff Jucha’s Boot Camp will go above and beyond your expectations.  Jeff Designed this program to be the most effective, no-experience necessary path to create RESULTS – quickly. You will Learn how to master your body movement, learn useful skills and complete conditioning workouts that will burn through energy and fat stores.

WHEN DO I GO TO CLASS?

This is a results-driven conditioning program. You will attend 3 separate hour-long sessions per week for four weeks. Boot Camps are conducted in an indoor/outdoor, coach-led environment using effective, fun, and creative exercises and workouts. This is not an ordinary exercise program, and you should not expect to see ordinary results.

WHAT KIND OF EXERCISES WILL I DO?

Workouts include, but are not limited to, cardiovascular, speed and endurance, partner resistance, strength training with bodyweight, dumbbells, unloaded barbells, plyo boxes, and battle ropes. We expand your fitness horizons with fitness games, relays, group challenges, farmers carries, medicine ball drills, plyometrics, box drills, obstacle course, agility drills, grass drills, and every version of abdominal work you can think of.
