Hey all!

 

Welcome to the (almost) end of the challenge. After this week,  you are surely seeing some of the effects that a structured, and professionally designed routine can bring you. Clothes fitting more loosely, decreased body fat levels, increased health (fitness) and strength! Learning how the body moves and works is the foundation to any long-term fitness plan, and its no different for ours. If you have enjoyed the education, accountability, community, and workouts of our program, then it may be up your alley to try a membership with us.

What does a membership with WLRCF look like?

-Well, you’ve had one with us for 6 weeks! While your time with us has been spent more on learning rather than working out, the class structures are very similar.

We have 3Xweek membership and an unlimited membership options. Each workout/class at WLRCF is professionally crafted and led by our staff of coaches. We include each of the following in our workouts:

  • Group warm-up – We make sure your warm up is fun and fully prepares you to workout
  • New movement/skill development (think handstands and lifting technique)
  • Strength  – Because what good is that muscle if you cant use it?
  • WOD – (Workout Of the Day) – This is normally a metabolic conditioning workout that everyone in class does together. We sweat together, push together and grow together.
  • Cool-down / Mobility. – Because we know you wont stretch at home…or maybe your a yogi. Either way, we make sure to help prevent injuries by appropriate cool-down and stretching routines.
