Burgener warm-up with PVC pipe x 2 and empty barbell x 1

Snatch balance 5 x 3 with empty barbell

 

WOD:

Establish 1-RM Snatch/Power Snatch from high hang position

 

Then…..

EMOM x 16

Odd: 3 Snatch/PS from the ground @ 135/75 ==> Lvl 2 (115/65) ==> Lvl 1 (95/55)

Even: 15 Wallball Shots @ 20/14
