200m Farmer Carry @ 53/35 (can only use one arm at a time to carry weight ==> can switch carrying arms during the run)

25 Wallball Shots @ 20/14

25 KB Swings @ 53/35

Time Cap:  25:00 minutes


The top male and female (RX’d) finishers will square off in 1 minute max burpees for the battle of the sexes Event #1
