“Crossfit Total- Shoulder Edition”

1) Establish 1-RM Shoulder Press

2) Max Push Press using established 1-RM Shoulder Press

3) Establish 1-RM Push Press

4) Max Push Jerks using established 1-RM Push Press

5) Establish 1-RM Push Jerk

6) Record 1-RM for each lift as well as the total for all three combined on the board

Battle of the Sexes Event #2:  Top male and female (based on the total weight for all three maxes) will square off in a 1 minute AMRAP of Max Air Squats
