150 Box Jumps for time (this is the competition WOD this week, so there will be 2 heats ran with one person judging for rep counts during each heat)

Time cap: 10 minutes

 

WoD Notes: This is meant to be a sprint, so find a pace that is comfortable for you and stay in that happy place while you kick it into high gear!
