Are You Really “Too Anything” for CrossFit?

Over the past 4.5 years, I have seen the population of my own gym, as well as CrossFit as a whole change.

Its no longer the super-high intensity, puke-inducing crowd that people used to think of when they heard the term CrossFit. There are still high-intensity workouts, and competitive people sprinkled throughout, but more and more people are discovering that we practice tried and true principles of exercise and healthy movement. There is something everyone could gain from visiting a local CrossFit Gym.

Jeff founded West Little Rock CrossFit in 2012. He has a background in personal training, sports team training, and nutrition coaching, with an education in exercise science from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He enjoys long walks on the beach and is the proud father of two rescue dogs.
