Are you wanting that “beach body” or just to feel better and have more confidence? West Little Rock CrossFit has the program for you!

Our 6 Week “Average to Awesome” program mixes high repetition training with cardiovascular conditioning circuits to target fat on the body. Our end goal is for you to feel that you have achieved a more aesthetically pleasing physique and muscle tone through fun training sessions.

By participating in this program, you are going to see results! We will also give you a nutrition guide and professional advice to keep you on track.

Classes will meet on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at  7:30pm. This challenge is for ladies only so grab a friend and sign up TODAY!
