 GET INTO OUR LAST FAT-LOSS CHALLENGE THIS YEAR!

Are you wanting that “melt off the fat” or just to feel better and have more confidence? West Little Rock CrossFit has been running (and selling out) a challenge that accomplishes just that, for 3 years!

Our 6 Week “Average to Awesome” program mixes resistance training with cardio circuits to target fat loss. Our end goal is for you to feel that you have achieved a more aesthetically pleasing physique and muscle tone through fun training sessions over 6 weeks in a group of fun, down-to-earth people.

By participating in this program, you are going to see results! We will also give you a nutrition guide, weekly nutrition videos, and professional advice to keep you on track.

Classes will meet on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at  7:30am and/or 7:30pm.
