5×5 Kipping/chest to bar pull-ups

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

Every 4 minutes for 16 minutes:
200m Run
5 Deadlifts
10 Medball cleans
15 KBS
70% Deadlift 1-RM
53/35 KBS
