We know that trying a new workout class or gym can be intimidating, so we’ve built our foundations program to allow anyone to start with us, regardless of fitness background and experience.
Our foundations program is 4 classes taught on a one-on-one or small group basis and is designed for beginners. Each session includes expert instruction on basic movements, a short CrossFit workout, and a strategy of how to make those results last. Our goal with this class is to give you a taste of CrossFit movements, workouts and intensity, all while receiving un-divided attention from an expert trainer.
Our Foundation sessions are scheduled around your availability. This way, you meet with a trainer at a time that works best for you.
