20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
*3-minute rest after each round*
Your score will be the total time you finish all 5 sets in, including the 4 x 3 minute rest breaks. In other words, whenever you finish your 5th set look at the clock and whatever time it says will be your score.
