Everyone that knows they will lifting more than 185lbs will work together using one bar on the jerk boxes.

2 Minute Max Deadlifts (AMRAP – Reps)

Accumulate as many deadlifts as possible in 2 minutes

100% 3-RM Push Press Weight

*1 minute to transition to next station

2 Minute Max Double Unders (AMRAP – Reps)

1 minute to transition to next station

2 minute max pull-ups (AMRAP – Reps)
