14 Minute AMRAP:
300m Run
1 Set Max Rep Front Squats

185/115 (weight taken from ground)

*Once you perform as many front squats as possible in one set start back on the 300m run and repeat.

**Score will be the total front squats accumulated in 14 minutes.
