Today will be extra fun and special for the brave who join us over the Holiday 🙂 Meet us at At Home (previously Garden Ridge) on Chenal/ Bowman no later than 10:15 am.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

At-Home Parking lot

40:00 amrap

150-yard heavy sled drag

200m recovery jog

75 yard Truck pull (yes, we are pulling a 2-ton truck)

400m recovery jog

Cool Down

Drive back to the box–

Bench Press (5,5,5,5, 5RM)

Metcon (Time)

Alternating each arm:

20 DB snatches @

M- 40lbs, 50lbs, 60 lbs

F- 20lbs, 30lbs, 40lbs

perform 50 air squats in between rounds

Jeff founded West Little Rock CrossFit in 2012. He has a background in personal training, sports team training, and nutrition coaching, with an education in exercise science from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He enjoys long walks on the beach and is the proud father of two rescue dogs.
