Foundations:

 Unless you have been doing CrossFit for a while, some movments and workouts may seem foreign or intimidating. Let us show you the way. Foundations is 4 one-on-one introductory sessions with an expert trainer to get you up to speed on conditioning, bodyweight movements, weightlifting and CrossFit workouts.

*Foundations is a requirement before joining regular classes at our facility.
