What was your favorite part of the mentoring program? (video help, phone
calls, accountability, guidance, etc)
Hmm, all of it really. The accountability, videos, the material and meeting with like-minded people. Discovering that I was not alone when it comes to specific struggles.
What’s your biggest accomplishment? In the past few weeks?
getting back on track with meal prepping and feeling better in my workouts.
Seeing a difference in my stamina. I just wanted to find a balance and not stress myself out about weight.
What are you working on now?
Continuing to do the same. I want to continue to use the tools that were given to me.
Is there something that you didn’t expect to learn or accomplish but did?
Being apart of this has really helped my confidence and I honestly thought it would have an opposite affect. Hearing others stories and being able to share my own ❤
