Tried several other programs/attempts at losing weight and nothing worked.
What was your favorite part of the mentoring program? (video help, phone calls, accountability, guidance, etc)
Videos/guidebook, providing us with our macro numbers, tracking and becoming aware of what’s in the food we are eating
What’s your biggest accomplishment? In the past few weeks?
Feeling skinnier/healthier (not bloated), hitting macro goals weekly, losing a few pounds
What are you working on now?
Continuing to hit macro goals, seeing decreasing numbers on the scale
Is there something that you didn’t expect to learn or accomplish but did?
I didn’t expect that tracking would be so helpful. I always tracked in the past, I just wasn’t aware what macros I should be hitting or how important it was
