What led you to try nutrition mentoring?
Wanted to learn more about nutrition and start losing weight.
What was your favorite part of the mentoring program? (video help, phone calls, accountability, guidance, etc)
Accountability, guidance, not having to completely change what I am used to eating
What’s your biggest accomplishment? In the past few weeks?
Lost weight, learned about macros, and found a new lifestyle where I could reach my daily macro goal (most days).
What are you working on now?
Still meeting daily macro goal and slowly switching to less processed food.
Is there something that you didn’t expect to learn or accomplish but did?
I didn’t expect the program to be as easy to follow and adjust to as it was.
