Accumulate 10 standing box jumps @ 90% 1RM

*Stack weights on boxes to increase height. Make sure to use a heavy weight as the bottom weight to ensure that it won’t slide.

Leg Daze (Time)

3 RFT:
– X-band walk @ 2 lengths of the turf (1 down and back in other words)
– 400m Run
– 50 Air squats

Cash Out

Accumulate 20 vertical jumps + wall ball shot with medball in front rack position. Release ball after you reach the top of your jump. You don’t have to catch the ball between reps.
