Jumping split lunges-
3 x 45 second max reps

Rx =
PVC pipe in high bar position

Rx+ =
Empty barbell in high bar position

*1 minute rest between each round. Use ab mat or black pad if you have knee pain.

3 Rounds for time of:
400m Run
21 Kettlebell Swings, 53# / 35#
12 Pull-ups

Cash Out

Weighted step-up with KB in each hand
3 x 10 with each leg

Rx =
20”/16”

*Increase weight as needed. Lower height of step instead of doing it without weights if you are not able to step-up on Rx height.
