*Partner with 2-3 people around your same height.
**10, 5, 3, 2, 1, 1 rep scheme. Rest at least 2 minutes before your final set.

Kickboxing (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

10 Minute AMRAP:
200m Run
10 KBS
15 Box Jump Overs/Step-ups
Rx =
Step-ups then step down off other side

Rx+ =
Jump to box then deficit box jump off other side OR
Substitute box with orange hurdle and jump over them (1 jump = 1 rep).

Cash Out

Accumulate 30 “Granny shot” wall balls (go as heavy as you’re able to while being smart about it).
