Main – WOD

(No Measure)

Spend 15 minutes reviewing pistol progressions:

-Backward eccentrics off box
-Candlestick rolls
-Counter weights

Death by Wallballs (AMRAP – Reps)

1st minute – 2 wallballs
2nd minute – 4 wallballs
3rd minute – 6 wallballs
Etc…
*Continue until you are unable to perform the prescribed number of wallballs in the 60 second time frame. Your score will be the total amount of wallballs accumulated.

Cash Out

Hold the bottom of a pistol for 1 minute on each leg using band assistance or rig as needed
