Shoulder Press (7 x 1 )

20 minutes to establish a 1-RM Shoulder Press

Full Court Press (Time)

For time:

100 Double Unders (or 250 singles)
25 Shoulder Presses @ 50% 1-RM (use dumbbells if 50% is less than the weight of the barbell)
25 Front Rack online casino reviews Lunges @ 50% 1-RM (use empty barbell if 50% 1-RM is less than the weight of the bar)
Rx = 50% or 1-RM (or dumbbell equivalent)

Rx = 60% of 1-RM

Bar must be taken from the ground to be counted as prescribed.
