-5 Push Jerk

-5 Split Jerk

Five Rounds for time:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
*3-minute rest after each round*
Scale for pull ups:

(1)Jumping pullups

(2) Band Pull ups

(3) Ring rows @ 45* angle
