Partners move through each 5:00 station 1 accumulating total reps at each station. Partner 1 works while Partner 2 rests. *1:00 rest between stations

1) 10 burpees / 20 air squats

2) 20 lunges / 30 push ups

3) 30 WB shots/ 200’ bear crawl
