Establish 5-RM Front Squat with barbell starting in High Hang Position (right above the knees)

Then…..

30 Front Squats for time using 80% of established 5-RM (if you elect to take the bar from the rack instead of from the ground then there will be a 10 burpee penalty for every time the weight is racked).
