Fix The Thinking. “Not Doing Things.”

There’s an inherent risk in doing things, but there’s a guaranteed risk in “not doing things.”

Not waking up early.
Not respecting ourselves with food choices.
Not protecting our health through movement.

These all seem like choosing to “not do something.”
But that’s the lie.

Fix the thinking.

This is actively choosing to:

Wake up whenever.
Consume poor food options.
Deliberately remain static or miss an opportunity to grow better, healthier, happier, and stronger.

There is no “not doing” anything, only choosing one over the other.

You cannot fix your food or fitness unless you fix your thinking in the process.

Reply back to me if you want to discuss fixing some thoughts.
