What to Expect:

First, we will take you on a quick tour of the facility. Then we will sit down and answer the questions you might have about who we are and how we train at West Little Rock CrossFit. Some common questions might be:

  • Do I have to be fit to CrossFit?
  • What kind of movements/exercises can I expect?
  • What kind of results can I expect?
  • How often should I come?
  • Do I have to stop eating donuts?

We’ll get to know what you want to accomplish and back-build a plan to take you there. We’ll wrap up with some action steps that will yield results.

Prerequisites

Nothing. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or it’s the first time you have ever stepped foot in a gym this is your starting point.

    review rating 5  Great place with great people. Everyone is super friendly and willing to help out with any questions I had. I love coming here and geeking out with friends about fitness. If you don’t know anyone, that’s not a problem, because once you walk in, at least three people will introduce themselves. The workouts are great and challenging and the coaches are amazing with helping newcomers scale the workout to each person’s individual abilities. When people finish the workout, everyone sticks around to cheer the others on. It really is a great place to come to get into shape and meet new friends in the process.
