Have a giggle.
The workouts can be hard, but there’s an atmosphere of camaraderie to push you through. In the end, the only contagions floating around are smiles.
When the weight gets heavy; when you have a lackluster session in the weight room; when a day happens where you’re just not feeling it (and they will happen) remember, there are smiles at the end.
