  1. Get help from someone with a track record of coaching others to success.
  2. Find out, “What do I need right now?” and master that before trying to adopt more.
  3. Don’t aim for perfect; aim for 80-90% adherence. You still need to live and have fun. *We actually prescribe it to clients.
