“How do I make changes last when everything else I’ve tried hasn’t?”

It’s a complicated question that some people spend years trying to solve. But genius makes the complex simpler, and that’s why we filter it down to actionable steps.

  1. Get help from someone with a track record of coaching others to success.
  2. Find out, “What do I need right now?” and master that before trying to adopt more.
  3. Don’t aim for perfect; aim for 80-90% adherence. You still need to live and have fun. *We actually prescribe it to clients.

Almost nobody wakes up with a fitness problem. We’ve been silently building habits that led us to where we want to change them. We need an expert in habit renovation.
