Fitness plans and diets are a dime a dozen. But, someone sitting down and learning what goal matters to you, your lifestyle right now, and then showing you how to close the gap between the two, a step at a time, is priceless; this is what great coaches do: coach the person, not the workout.
We go with you.
When I visited Stockholm, Sweden, my experience was better than any tourist. Why? I had a secret weapon.
In addition to the map I downloaded, I had two dear friends, Oskar and Kalle{Carl}, who lived in Stockholm. They led me off-the-beaten path to landmarks, bakeries, rock music stores from their childhood, and too many other hidden gems to tell you. It was incredible.
They even gave me a boat pass to the Viking and Vasa Ship Museum, which would have cost me a day to figure out that I couldn’t walk there.
No map can tell you, “No, skip that road; take this one.”
That’s the beautiful thing about having trusted guides.
They can say, “I’ve been where you want to go; here’s how to get there.”
You don’t need everything to start; just a place on the map you want to go, feet to walk with a great coach, and the attitude to go uphill with us when needed. Plus, we’re pretty strong; we can give you a hand on the way up.
