Main – WOD
Deadlift (Ascending ladder )
20 minute running clock.
Men grouped together and women grouped together. Everyone will perform 3 deadlifts with the starting weight, 2 attempts max. Afterwards weight will be added and the process is repeated until everyone has reached a 3RM.
Men – 95 (add no more than 20 pounds at a time)
Women – 75lbs (add no more than 10 pounds at a time)
*Rest only as long as it takes to change weight and get to the front of the line.
*Scale with front squats if you are not comfortable with OHS.
