Teams of 4-5 people:
1) 10 Rounds of” Cindy”-
5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 Air Squats

2) Double “Fran”-
Thrusters (95/65)

3) “GI Jane”-
100 Burpee Pull-ups
*2 people working while teammates rest. Must complete workouts in order, no partitioning. If there are less than 4 people in the class then half the reps/rounds and have only 1 person work at a time while the others rest.
