What to Expect

With three CF-L3 Coaches, and a team of experts who’s experience span from Master’s Degrees of Human Performance to Doctors of Physical Therapy we don’t just talk, we walk. As an experienced athlete, you’ll notice the difference here.

All of our CrossFit Group Classes are coach-led and follow a planned progression roughly 60 minutes long

We like to coach.

We believe clients should get the gold standard. We go through group warm ups. We teach new movements and drill the familiar with corrections. After that our focused coaches guide you through the entire hour to encourage your growth.

We’re in it for the long haul. 

Every 90 days, we sit down with you in a game plan session to review your progress, and plan the future. Already lost that 20 lbs you came to see us about? Great! What’s next? We’ll map it out and walk you through the game plan to get it.
