Stop Ripping Your Hands

The kipping movement is common in CrossFit and now, almost every functional fitness facility that isn’t CrossFit. When learned and applied well, kipping is an extremely useful skill for humans. However, kipping can be hard on the hands without a proper grip.

Let’s take ninety seconds to inspect the hand and use a grip that will allow you to have power while keeping some skin in the game and not on the bar.
