Ninja jump progressions (No Measure)
Spend 15 minutes working on ninja jumps (jumping to feet when starting on your knees).
Then, if able, perform ninja snatches with PVC pipes (start from knees and jump to feet in the bottom of snatch).
Death by Pull-Ups (AMRAP – Reps)
Minute 1: 1 pull-up. Rest with remaining time
Minute 2: 2 pull-ups. Rest with remaining time
Continue to add 1 pull-up each minute until you are unable to complete all of your pull-ups within the minute. Your score will be the total number of pull-ups completed.
