*Partner with 1-2 people around your same height. If your 1RM is currently over 185lbs then perform your sets on the jerk boxes.
**10, 5, 3, 2, 1, 1 rep scheme. Rest at least 2 minutes before your final set.

For Time:
300m Run
75 Dubs (Or 12 Dub attempts)
200m Run
50 Dubs (Or 8 Dub attempts)
100m Run
25 Dubs (O 4 Dub attempts)
Time Cap = 12:00
