Warm-up (No Measure)
15 minutes working on clean and jerk form.
1 Clean and Jerk every 15 seconds for 5 minutes.
Use a moderate weight that you can use for the full 5 minutes.
400m Run (or 500m row)
*No longer than 3 minutes spent on dubs each round. No singles will count, spend the time trying to accumulate as many dubs as possible.
