When you Shouldn’t Count Macros.

“Should I be counting Macros?”

You know I love asking questions to lead you to the answer. So, here we go!

Are you tracking your food in an app or on paper already?
Are you drinking half of your weight in oz of water daily?
Are you exercising with some intensity for at least thirty minutes daily?
Finally, are you doing this consistently?

Because counting macros specifically will only add more layers of work onto this but, if you do the above three things consistently, you’ll already be seeing what your macros look like.
