Health Week

Trainer Jeff Jucha spoke to local children and parents about not only how important exercise and nutrition are, but also gave examples of how to make it fun. He took the kids and parents out for an obstacle course he designed specifically for training the agility and vestibular (balance) development.

Whole Foods has invited Jeff back on a monthly basis to speak on fitness and offer activity sessions!

“Who here thinks they’re strong? Show me your muscles! Who thinks they can be fast?! Raise your hand! Put it down and raise your other hand fast! Who knows what it takes to be strong and fast?? EXERCISE and GOOD FOOD!”

-Jeff Jucha
