You start now — because starting creates momentum.
And momentum makes everything else easier.

Here’s the tip:
Take one physical action — today — to get the wheels moving:

• Walk through the gym doors.
  
• Pre-log tomorrow’s breakfast.
  
• Text a coach.
  
• Pack your shoes.
  
• Throw out the junk that keeps pulling you off track.
  

Don’t wait to feel ready.
Act like someone who is — and your brain will catch up.
