The body you’ve been gifted is literally an anti-destruction machine. My personal green-eyed tank underwent millions of years of construction science so impossibly complex that we said “f*ck it, it’s basically magic.”

NOW- There are mines that can end it, car wrecks, bullets, cancer, and superbugs from Wuhan.  But, becoming metabolically healthy first, then worrying about environmental factors after- is your best shot at overcoming even those.


It’s an ecosystem that needs nutrients to function normally. And most people step over $100 bills to pick up pennies when it comes to prioritizing what to eat.

Eat your bodyweight in grams of protein.

Avoid sugar.

Drink your water.
