Come in and try a no-sweat trial class any Saturday @ 9:30am on us!

During your complimentary session you will:

  • Receive movement instruction from one of our coaches
  • Experience a fun CrossFit workout with a caring and supportive coach
  • Become educated on the fundamentals of CrossFit
  • Learn about our programs and membership options
  • Classes are open to all fitness levels and are provided in a safe and supportive environment

Foundations program If you do not have previous experience with CrossFit this is a great place to start.

New athletes to CrossFit should complete our Foundations Program, which include 4 one on one 45 minute sessions, 2 weeks of unlimited CrossFit classes, a Paleo Meal Plan and 2 15-minute mentoring calls with a nutrition mentor. These one on one sessions will introduce new athletes to CrossFit’s basic movements including squats, push-ups, medicine ball cleans, deadlifts, presses, etc. The emphasis is on technique and introducing the intense nature of the CrossFit methodology only after new athletes receive proper instruction on moving well. These one on one sessions will allow you to integrate smoothly and safely into our regular CrossFit classes at a time convenient to you, for $175 + tax.

What is CrossFit?

Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.
CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.

The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Our avid hunters, skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen.
