HandStand Holds and Progressions (No measure (DO OT SCORE))

Accumulate 3:00 of handstand hold up against a wall or Free standing.

Progress up to have your feet on the wall and start further away as you are ready for free-standing.

30 KB swings 53/35

10 Burpees over the KB

Cool-Down (10 minutes of static stretching)
